It’s all about… creating in your ArT JOUnAL! Experienced or Not! 

YOU will LOVE the monthly ART TIME!

January is all about Mark Glimski and his creative take on Dylusions!

In this class we will cover terms, basic supplies in mixed media and art journaling, and test out a wide variety of products and product types. This will include a layered paper, washi and paints (and more!) it’s a full workshop, so you’ll have plenty to play with and enjoy as well.

These workshops are designed to have NO RULES, share fresh ideas, demonstrate techniques, and then set you free to play with assorted mediums on the journal, canvas, or surface of your choice. Everything you learn will be useful from card making to art journaling, mixed media canvases and all kinds of other paper crafts.

Instructors, Yvonne & Mark, will bring you any special supplies needed and will set up an art bar and stations full of mediums for you to test and use, blank tags (should you want to test things small scale!) We will also bring some of our own journals showcasing additional samples and ideas that feature the techniques covered in class.

Different products will be used at each class, and no two will be the same! Join in for any that fit your schedule, and come enjoy a relaxed art journaling workshop full of fun and inspiration with NO RULES!

Requirements:

* A Basic Tool kit is required for each class. *Distress Oxides- Fossilized Amber, Cracked Pistachio, Fired Brick or similar Please bring: *Craft Mat *Art Journal *Brayer *Multiple foam replacements for your blending tool *Adhesives - scor-tape, a tape runner & a roll of foam tape, wet glue *Scissors *Tweezers *Ruler *Black & brown ink pad and matching blending tools * Yellow tape *Large scraper/spreader. *Paint Brush Set, *Gesso *Craft spatula, *Black sharpie *Black permanent ink. *Volume paste or texture paste white. *Collage medium *Baby Wipes *No cancellations, exchanges or refunds. If you are unable to attend the class, you can gift it to a friend or your kit minus the shared supplies will be waiting for you to pick up.
